All three properties are equipped with WIFI throughout, free parking, and are dog-friendly. Please note that dogs are charged £20 per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per house.

The first floor houses two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and a pull-out day bed that can sleep up to four people. The other bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space. Both rooms offer stunning views of the lakes and gardens. A family bathroom with a bath and over shower is also located on this floor.

The lounge and dining area on the ground floor occupy the whole turret-shaped area and are furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. The informal dining table offers an excellent view of the garden area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and all the essentials that you would expect.

Upon entering the front door, you'll be greeted with breathtaking views of the lake through the patio doors in the lounge. The lobby area offers a washroom and plenty of space to remove muddy boots after a long walk on the waterpark.

The stunning black kitchen provides everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a hatch from the kitchen into the lounge area to create an open feel. In the lounge, there's a dining table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, and TV with streaming services.

Through the patio doors, there's an enclosed deck area with a table and chairs overlooking the lake and a gas barbecue.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and each provides fantastic views of either the lakes or gardens.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. It features a full-height window that overlooks the lakes.

The second bedroom offers a double bed and storage, with a view of the gardens.

The third bedroom features a versatile single bed with a pull-out trundle that can be converted into a twin room.
