At The Cotswold Reateats we are delighted to say that the monies the trust secured back in 2021 have been well used..back then;

  • The Cotswold Water Park Trust has secured £1.4 million in funding to help improve the water quality in the area. This is fantastic news for the park, which is home to over 150 lakes and is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The funding will be used to improve the water quality, which will benefit both the wildlife and visitors to the park.
  • The Water Park has been named as a finalist in the 2021 VisitEngland Awards for Excellence, in the category of Large Visitor Attraction of the Year. This is a great achievement for the Water Park, which attracts over 2 million visitors each year. The awards celebrate the best of English tourism, and being named a finalist is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the park.
  • A new watersports centre, the Lake 32 Watersports Centre, has opened at the Water Park. The centre offers a range of activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and open water swimming. This is a great addition to the Water Park, and provides visitors with even more opportunities to enjoy the beautiful lakes and scenery.
